Privacy, kept practical.

TaskRail does not require a buyer account. We process only the information needed to answer requests, settle payment, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Information processed

• Request content, such as product names, task descriptions, country, currency, and optional postal code.
• Technical and security data, including IP address, request identifiers, timestamps, and rate-limit signals.
• Privacy-limited discovery metrics, including route, response status, coarse client type, referrer hostname, country code, and campaign tags. The discovery funnel does not store raw IP addresses or full referrer URLs.
• x402 payment data, including public wallet addresses, network identifiers, payment proofs, settlement references, and receipts.
• Results, source references, performance metrics, errors, and support correspondence.

How information is used

We use this information to fulfill requests, verify and settle payment, prevent fraud and replay, enforce budgets and rate limits, maintain evidence and receipts, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.

Service providers and public sources

TaskRail uses infrastructure and service providers including Cloudflare, search providers such as Tavily, x402 payment infrastructure, and the public or licensed sources identified in a result. Providers process data under their own terms. Onchain settlement records are public and cannot be deleted from the underlying blockchain.

Retention

We retain request, receipt, security, and operational records only for the period reasonably needed to deliver the service, prevent replay and abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain system integrity. Cached source material expires according to its configured freshness policy. Infrastructure logs follow provider retention settings.

Sharing and advertising

We do not sell personal information for targeted advertising. Some eligible merchant links may be affiliate links. TaskRail may earn a commission when a buyer follows one, without changing the buyer's price. We disclose information to service providers, sources, payment infrastructure, or authorities only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users and the service.

Your choices

Avoid including unnecessary personal or confidential information in a request. Subject to applicable law, you may ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights by contacting support@alamavar.com. Blockchain records and records required for security, payment integrity, or law may not be erasable.

Children

TaskRail is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
