By calling a paid TaskRail tool or endpoint, you agree to these terms. Free metadata and quote routes do not request payment.

The service

TaskRail provides automated, source-backed recommendations and task guidance. Availability, price, shipping, policies, and compatibility can change after a result is produced. Verify material decisions with the cited seller, manufacturer, or official source.

Payment

Paid requests use x402 and the price, asset, network, and recipient disclosed before authorization. A compatible client signs the payment. TaskRail does not hold buyer private keys. A payment is settled only after the service accepts the authorization and executes the request. Do not authorize a payment you do not understand.

Failed or disputed results

If you believe a payment settled without a usable result, contact support@alamavar.com with the public receipt or request identifier. We will investigate duplicate settlement, service failure, and other verifiable errors and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not probe or disrupt the service, evade rate or budget controls, replay payment proofs, submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, misrepresent results, or use TaskRail to facilitate fraud or prohibited transactions.

Third-party sources

Merchants, manufacturers, agencies, payment networks, and other sources are independent third parties. Their terms apply to transactions or actions completed with them. TaskRail does not guarantee their inventory, performance, or policies. Some eligible merchant links may be affiliate links, and TaskRail may earn a commission without changing the buyer's price.

No professional advice

Results are informational and are not legal, medical, financial, tax, safety-critical, or other professional advice.

Service changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue capabilities to protect users, control costs, comply with source terms, or maintain quality. Tool availability is disclosed through the status and capabilities endpoints.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskRail is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Alamavar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. For a paid request, aggregate liability related to that request will not exceed the amount paid for it, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
